When the status of the store changes to offline, the offline time needs to be considered. When the offline time exceeds 30 minutes, the PD considers that the lost store cannot be recovered, and the PD will automatically add a peer of the data on the offline node to other normal nodes. When the offline time does not exceed 30 minutes, the PD will not add replicas to other normal nodes. You can use the max-store-down-time parameter to control how long offline to make up the copy.
